THURSDAY | May 10, 2018 | 7:30pm | Music Night at Bogies | Amanda Blue (cover $20)
Amanda Blue will be making her debut performance at Bogies with her CD release concert for BEST OF BLUE. This is her 13th album and the best yet! Come out and celebrate with her and her amazing band featuring:
Fuzzbee Morse (Frank Zappa, Peter Gabriel) – guitar, and other instruments
Rick Torres - guitar
Chad Watson (Janis Ian, Delaney Bramlett) - bass
Phil Jones (Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, Rolling Stones) - drums
Lisa Frazier – background vocals
The new album was the perfect platform for Amanda to be at her best, authentically in her roots and style, late 60s / early 70s, rock/soul/blues. Co-produced by Amanda, Fuzzbee Morse and Steve Sykes (engineer for Rod Stewart, and mixer for David Garfield’s latest track featuring Smokey Robinson), the musicians on the album included Fuzzbee Morse, Chad Watson, Phil Jones, Steve Sykes, Lisa Frazier, and Paul Briggs.
