Tamara & Bill Champlin (Sons of Champlin, Chicago) together with their highly talented band including Carmen Grillo on guitar, Dave Marotta on bass, and Dave Raven on drums, will perform their blend of Rock, R&B and Funk. Tamara Champlin's longstanding career as a bluesy, soulful vocalist has spanned live shows to motion pictures, including "Caddyshack II", "Illegally Yours" and the Jim Carrey movie, "Copper Mountain", with husband, Bill Champlin and Rita Coolidge. Tamara sold out shows that featured Leon Russell, Bill Champlin, Joe Williams & Peter Friestedt. The Multi-talented/multi-instrumentalist Bill Champlin co-wrote Earth, Wind & Fire's "After the Love Has Gone" & George Benson's "Turn Your Love Around" (with Steve Lukather of Toto & producer Jay Graydon) and won a Grammy for Best R&B Song. The Champlins, independently and together, have countless songwriting credits that include songs recorded by Brenda Russell, Paul Rodgers, Bruce Gaitsch, Rita Coolidge, Peter Cetera, Chicago, Michael Caruso, Mike LeCompt and Bekka Bramlett. In 2015, Tamara released a single, "Dreamin' of Chagall" (Champlin/Caruso/Champlin), inspired by works of artist Marc Chagall. The Champlins are part of a group of musicians organized by Lone Wolf Entertainment that entertains US forces and wounded American service members and their families. Tamara is also associated with drummer, Eddie Tuduri's Rhythmic Art Project.
